4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors
Based in Tracy, we serve a broad region including the Central Valley and parts of the Bay Area. While we strive for prompt arrivals, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy regional traffic (I-205, I-5, or Altamont Pass congestion).
- Extreme California heatwaves or weather events causing peak-volume demand.
- Delays in manufacturer part availability for specialized or older HVAC units.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. Double R Heating & Air is not responsible for pre-existing electrical or ductwork defects that were not part of the contracted scope of work.
